Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TeamLink. TeamLink is operated by an individual developer based in Sweden.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TeamLink after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through the platform.

To use TeamLink, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that takes place under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised

You must be at least 13 years old to use TeamLink. Accounts created by users under 13 will be removed.

Multiple accounts are not inherently prohibited, but using additional accounts to evade a ban or suspension, manipulate platform metrics, coordinate spam, or otherwise circumvent these Terms is strictly prohibited. All associated accounts will be permanently terminated in such cases.

You retain ownership of the content you create on TeamLink, including posts, comments, and profile information.

By posting content, you grant TeamLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute your content on the platform. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. By posting content, you represent that:

• You have the right to share the content
• The content does not violate these Terms or applicable law
• The content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on TeamLink.

TeamLink reserves the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion
• Edit, hide, or restrict content without prior notice
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts for violations
• Act on user reports and take proactive action when necessary
• Add context labels or warnings to content

Moderation decisions are made at TeamLink’s discretion. We are not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for every moderation action, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate decisions that significantly affect your account.

If your account has been suspended or terminated and you believe this was in error, you may submit an appeal to jointeamlink@gmail.com. TeamLink is not obligated to reinstate suspended or terminated accounts.

If you encounter content that violates these Terms, please report it through the platform’s reporting tools or by contacting us at jointeamlink@gmail.com.

We review all reports and take action where appropriate. Due to volume, we are not able to provide individual responses to every report.

Filing false or malicious reports to harm other users is itself a violation of these Terms.

The TeamLink name, logo, interface design, and platform code are owned by TeamLink. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of TeamLink without explicit written permission.

All esports trademarks referenced on TeamLink — including team logos, player names used in their professional capacity, tournament brands, and organization marks — remain the property of their respective owners. TeamLink does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed on TeamLink, contact us at jointeamlink@gmail.com.

TeamLink integrates with Steam (Valve Corporation) and FACEIT (ESL FACEIT Group) for optional account linking. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

TeamLink is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in a commercial partnership with Valve Corporation or ESL FACEIT Group.

TeamLink is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services linked from the platform.

TeamLink is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• TeamLink is not liable for content posted, shared, or transmitted by users
• TeamLink is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• TeamLink is not liable for the actions of other users, including harassment, impersonation, or fraud
• TeamLink is not responsible for data loss resulting from third-party service disruptions

TeamLink is an evolving platform. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time as the platform develops.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control. TeamLink is not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from temporary service unavailability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TeamLink shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
